Promote 7 Cedars Casino, Longhouse Market & Deli, Cedars at Dungeness, and other Resort/Jamestown SKlallam Tribe properties to hotel guests.Resolve guest conflicts and concerns while maintaining superior customer service during the night shift.

Make reservations, greet and check guests in and out of the hotel as needed.

Prepare the day for oncoming shift as defined by opening procedures.

Run all night shift reports in accordance with end of day business plan.

The scope of responsibility will include, but not be limited to: balancing accounts from the day shift, guest services, reservations, safety and security of guests, cross training and filling in on an as need basis with housekeeping and gift shop/coffee shop.
